Abstract:The experiment study was carried out on the flame characteristics of premixed oxygen -enriched combustion. The results show that within the oxygen concentration range of 21%-30%, with the increase of the oxygen concentration, the combustion reaction speed and the flame propagation speed accelerate, leading to the shrinkage of the combustion zone and the increase of the temperature gradient. In addition to the gradual decrease of the flame's high-temperature zone, the maximal flame temperature increases and the maximal temperature point moves to the burner.

Key words:oxygen-enriched combustion; flame characteristics; premixed combustion
