Abstract: The densification process, phase shift, microstructure and dielectric properties of CABS/ Al2O3 prepared by ball grinding method were studied. The results show that with the increase of the milling time, the glass particles became finer and their densification temperatures were lower. If the particles were overground, sintered materials would have looser structure and greater dielectric losses. The glass-ceramics obtained at 850℃, which have the εr of 7.8 and the tanδ of less than 1×10-4, can be used as promising LTCC materials.
