Abstract:The low temperature sintering behaviors and microwave dielectric properties of Ca0. 2 (Li1/ 2Sm1/ 2)0. 8TiO3 (CLST-0.8)ceramics were investigated, which were added 10% CaO-B2O3-SiO2 (CBS) multiplicity oxide and 4% Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaOAl2O3 (LBSCA) glass and 0~2% CuO as multiplicity sintering additives. The results indicate that with the increasing of CuO content, the bulk density, the dielectric constant εr, the product of quality factor and resonance frequency Qf value of CLST-0.8 ceramics all increase first and then decrease, the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf of the ceramics decreases first and then increases. The sample of CLST-0.8 with 10%CBS, 4.0%LBSCA and 1.0%CuO sintered at 900℃ for 5 h has excellent microwave dielectric properties: εr =58.36, Qf=2011 GHz, τf=3.44 ppm/℃.
