Abstract:The powder finely-ground from the ceramic waste has good hydration activity. In this study, the ceramic waste powder mixed with fly ash is used as a concrete admixture. Experiment results show that ceramic waste powder can improve the properties of concrete mixture, and enhance the mechanical properties and carbonation resistance of the concrete, thus opening up new areas for application of ceramic waste.
