Abstract:With the tunnel kiln as the research object, this article introduces the structure of expert system for monitoring and forecasting firing -flaws condition of sanitary -ware, analyses the method for collecting experimental data and the representation and reasoning mechanism for firing-flaws knowledge, and simulates the monitoring and forecasting of firingflaws conditions. The expert system can realize the real-time monitoring function.
