Abstract: The injection molding processing of bars. cylinder and turbine rotor was investigated under different parameters such as injection temperature, injection pressure and hold pressure. ln the present paper the density of bodies before and after sintering as well as flexural strength were measured. Injection process analysis was carried out according to flow behavior and thermal physic characteristics of mixtures, and the effects of parameters on injection processing were discussed for determining a reasonable injection conditions.
