Abstract: The paper analyses the characteristics of heat transfer and the drying process in the pre - drying zone of the roller hearth kiln. The it leads into the Morgan'Is evaporating surface backing model. At last, it sets up the micromathe-matical model of temperature distribution and the moisture content count about ceramics product in the drying process.
