Study on the Wear Performance of Magnetic High Speed Steel Cutting Tool and Its Magnetic Mechanisms

Abstract: Studies on the wear performance of magnetic and non - magnetic high speed steel cutting tool as turning marble and No. 45 steel have been carried out experimentally and theoretically. The effect of magnetism on tool wear perfor-mänce has been discussed. At last, magnetic mechanisms of cutting tools have been analyzed primarily.
