Study on the Modification Effect of Homogeneous Precipitation Method by ZnO Dipping on the Al2O3 Microfiltration Embrane Influence of Reaction Temperature and Dipping Times

Abstract: In the thesis , modified filim with ZnO is made on the Al2O3, microfiltration membrane by homogeneous precipitation meth-od . using Zinc nitrate and Urea as raw material. The discussion center on the effect of temperature and dipping time on the modification . The experimental results showed that : the modified film is made from nanometer - size (5 - 10nm) ZnO crystal, and quite Smouth and deneity , therefore the water flux of Al2O3, separation membrane is improved 35 % .The modification mech-anism is also discussed .
