Study on the Modification Effect of Homogeneous Precipitation Method by ZnO Dipping on the Al2O3 Microfiltration Membrane Influence of Reaction Temperature and Dipping Times

Abstract: In the thesis , modified filim with ZnO is made on the Al2O3, microfiltration membrane by homogeneous precipitation method, using Zinc nitrate and Urea as raw material. The discussion center on the effect of temperature and dipping time on the modifcation . The experimental results showed that : the modified film is made from nanometer - size (5 - 10nm)ZnO crystals, and quite Smouth and deneity, therefore the water flux of Al2O3 separation membrane is improved 35 % .The modification mechanism is also discussed .
