Manufacturing and Study on the Wear Performance of Ternary Boride Laminated Material

Abstract: A3 steel used ternary boride laminated material has been fabricated successfully at the temperature of 1270 ℃-1290 ℃ in vacuum using liquid sintering technique .Results obtained by observing the microstructure of this material using optical microscope show that the bonding at the interface is well.Furthermore, this laminated material has excellent wear resistant performance tested by the wear experiments .
