Analyzing on the Energy Integration of the Ceramic Production Process of Ceramic Eco-Industrial Park

Abstract:Based on energy integration theory of eco-industrial park (EIP) and thermodynamics principle ,resources flow and energy flow coupled symbiosis mode of waste heat utilization in EIP were elaborated. Based on the analysis of the production process of ceramic and the utilization of kiln exhaust, the industrialization path guided by the waste heat utilization mode was pointed out. Waste heat utilization in ceramic EIP makes energy in the industrial chain be fully utilized,improves energy efficiency and reduces park pollutant emissions, becoming an important way for energy integration of ceramic EIP.
