Abstract: TiB2 Powders were consolidated to 99 % relative density at 1600 ℃ just for 1 ～ 3 min under 30MPa using a Spark Plasma Sintering process .The SEM micrographs show it' s in fine grains and uniform microstructure .The grain size of the sample increases with the rising of sintering temperature .But the hardness of the samples is nonuniform.
