Preparation of NaNo-Titania Porous Films and its Photocatalytic Activity

Abstract: Nanocrystalline titania porous films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel method. The surface morphology of the films and crystal phase were characterized by SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that many factors have infection to the quality of Ti02 films. For example, the quantity of adding water, the speed of rising temperature and so   on. In the experiment of photocatalytic degradation, the photocatalytic activity of nanocrystalline titania porous films was the best, the degradation rate of which was 98% in 120min.
