Abstract: The optimization formula of green body of building material glazed tile has been developed using gangue as main raw materials and talcum as main flux. Sintered sys tems have been determined and the mineral compos itions of all raw material and crystal structure of green body before and after sintering have been analyzed by DSC,XRD and SEM.The product of glazed tile s intered at the highes t temperature l170 ℃±4℃ and s intered time from 60 to 70 min can conform to the nation standard of JC709- 1998 for sintered tile and JC/T665- 1997 for porcelain brick.These research results of tile not only solve local pollution problem but also improve the economical and social benefits .
