Abstract: This paper first reviewed different coal gas ification techniques and their devices , then introduced a multi - object decision - making analytical method for the right choice of coal gas ification technique and gas generator - ELECTRE 1, a conversion algorithm capable of eliminating and choos ing the dispers ion model with prior preferences with its calculating program compiled and application examples analyzed. Finally, decision making sugges tions were made for the choice of coalgas ification techniques and generators in the hope of a more scientific and quantitive procedure for policy making.
