Study on The Progress of Fabricating AlN- BN Composite Cramics

Abstract: The paper relates the development of fabricating AlN-BN compos ites,including powder and compos ites preparation. In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of preparation methods are discussed.It is sugges ted that research on arc plasma and SHS method in powder preparation technology and reactive s intering,SPS technologies in AlN- BN compos ites are valuable.
