Synthese and Characterization of （ZnxCo1－x ）2SiO4 Ceramic Pigment

Abstract:The CoO－ZnO－SiO2 system ceramic pigment was prepared using co－precipitation method with the aid of ultrasonic ir- radiation．The as－prepared samples were characterized by XRD‚SEM and color measuring．The results reveal that the solid so- lution pigment of （ZnxCo1－x）2SiO4with the particles size of0．2－0．5μm could be prepared by this method．The solid solubili- ty increases with the increase of sintering temperature．
