Synthsis of Multi-amidocyanogen Sodium Phophate as Ceramic Grind Additive and Deelocculant

Abstract:The multi -amidocyanogen sodium phosphate as grind additive was synthesized using mannich reaction , and the as -pre- pared sample was characterized by IR ,DTA analyses .In addition , the additive was added into the grinding slip of quartz, talcum and Fe2O3 .The results showed that the synthetic additive characterized as good ability for improving the grinding efficiency had better properties than the traditonal grind additives .Besides that , the as -prepared multi -amidocyanogen sodium phosphate is also an good deflocculant .
