Two-Dimension Hear and Mass Transfer Inside Large-Scale Porcelain Tile During Drying Process

Abstract:The equivalent coupling diffusion model heat and mass transfer in porous media based on Whitaker’s local volume average equations and Darcy’s law was used to establish a set of equations about the degree of liquid saturation‚temperature and gas pressure.The numerical analysis of the porcelain tile during the drying process was made.The comparison between simulation data of traditional dryer and new pattern dryer was made in order to guide actual production process.
