Study on Modified PZT Piezoelectric Ceramics by Barium Tungsten-cuprum

Abstract: Barium tungsten-cuprum modified PZT piezoelectric ceramics was synthesized by conventional powder processing tech- nique.The piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the different compose sintered in different temperature are measured.The mechanisms of the Ba2+‚W6+‚Cu2+ions modified PZT piezoelectric ceramics are discussed.The different compose materials are studied by XRD and SEM.The influences on the material property by the substances and microstructure are anlaysed.The results indicate that the barium tungsten-cuprum modified PZT material has good piezoelectric property.
