Abstract:The porous ceramic filtration materials with high porosity were fabricated by using floating beads as the aggregate and mil- let/polystyrene pellet and carbon powder as the pore-forming agent .The properties affecting factors, microstructure and acti- vating mechanism were analyzed and studied by SEM and determine .The application situation and the developing prospect are discussed in water processing technology of our country .
