Abstract: The powder of Re2O7-WO3 was prepared by adulteration．The sensitivity to VOCs was measured. The results show that the sensitivity to VOCs rises when the content of Re2O7 is suitable. The sensor has high sensitivity and good selectivity to VOCs when the doping amount of Re2O7 is 6％ and the optimum working temperature is 300℃．
