Study of Microwave Sintering Process of (Zr 1- Xsnx)Tio4 (Zst) Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract: Electrical-thermal and microwaves intering methods were used to prepare the ZST microwave dielectric ceramics .The s intering properties,micros tructure,component and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics were s tudied.The results showed that compared with electrical-thermals intering, the microwave s intering can decrease the s intering temperature by about 70℃,decreased the s intering time,and also decrease the s tandard deviation of dens ity dis tribution;the crys talline of s intering ceramics is orthorhombic-type crystal structure (Zr0.8Sn0.2)TiO4, and with the increas ing of s intering temperatures,there was no new phase exis ted on materials;the size of crys talline was distribute uniformityuniform in size,and combine compact in combination; The value of !r and Q of ZST increased with the increase of s intering temperature, and their correspondeding values increased by 17.5% and 14.3% respectively, compared with electrical- thermal s intering.
