Abstract: The components of body and glaze of porcelains excavated from Liujiamen Jun Kiln site were studied by EDXRF. The difference on raw material and formulation of bady and glaze of Jun ware and celadon were discussed. The results showed that celadon and Jun ware excavated from Liujiamen Kiln had similar raw material and formulation in the body. The concentration of Al2O3 in the glaze of Jun ware was lower and the concentration of SiO2 was higher than that of celadon samples. But the concentrations of flux were quite similar. The concentration of glaze of Jun ware was located in the field of phase separation of K2O-Na2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glaze so as to show blue opalescence sense appearance different from celadon. The component of porcelain samples from Jun Kiln varied in a quite small range in different period showed that the raw material and formulation kept stable in the long producing history of Liujiamen Kiln.
