Present Study on Adulteration Properties of (Zr , Sn)TiO4 Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract: Zirconium tin titanate microwave dielectric ceramics are applied extensively in resonators , filters and some microwave devices , because they have an appropriate dielectric constant, a high quality factor Q and a low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf which is close to zero. The adulteration properties mechanism of different additives to (Zr, Sn)TiO4 are described in this paper. The research trends are also indicated.
