Preparation and Properties of La1-Xcaxmno3 Polycrystal Target by Co-Precipitation

Abstract: In this paper, La1-xCaxMnO3 with x=0.2, 0.33 and 0.9 crystal targets have been fabricated by co-precipitation. R-T and x ray diffraction show that pure La1-xCaxMnO3 crystal targets have been obtained by co-precipitation at 1200℃ for 24 hours.TM -I and TCR are 253K and 3.2% respectively. With x doping increased, TCR is larger and TP is lower, and lattice constant of La1-xCaxMnO3 is linearly decreased.
