Abstract: In this study, imitation Jingdezhen greenish -white glaze fabricated with ceramic materials produced in the areasaround Jingdezhen by using modern porcelain making technology and firing in the shuttle kiln, basically reached the effects of greenish-white glaze of the Song and Yuan period. The influences of different porcelain stone variety, batch formula and iron content on the colour generation of greenish -white glaze were discussed. And a better formula is: about 85% of Nangang porcelain stone, about 15% of glaze ash, and an additional 5 to 7% of Zijin soil.
