Abstract: The natural HAP powder was gotten by incinerating animal bones and treated by ultrafine grinding to prepare the submicron natural HAP powder. In the process of preparation, the influence of adding dispersant on properties of powderdispersion was studied by the X-ray Diffractometer, SEM and Particle Size analyzer. The results show that, adding sodiumhexametaphosphate dispersant can highly improve on properties of HA dispersion, optimal dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 0.4%, and the diameter of the submicron natural HAP powder prepared is less than 0.8μm.
