Abstract:The employment market has been facing ever greater pressure with the growing number of college graduates in recent years. Entrepreneurship has become an important choice for some graduates, and the state government has introduced many preferential policies to encourage this. College graduates in Jingdezhen should make use of these policies and the rich ceramic resources of the city to expand their employment prospects through self-employment entrepreneurship; college career counselors and advisors should carry out relevant investigations to provide advice on entrepreneurship in this sector.
