Abstract: In recent years, industrial research has gradually turned to explore enterprise transformation and upgrading, and the role ofentrepreneurial talents in the development of emerging industries has been highly concerned, with especially the interaction and synergybetween talent and industry as one of the current research hotspots. This study takes ceramic industry as the research object, analyzes itsdevelopment and the cultivation and of ceramic entrepreneurial talents, explores the dependence of new ceramic industry on entrepreneurialtalents, and studies the interactive logic and mechanism between ceramic entrepreneurial talents and emerging ceramic industry.
