Abstract: This paper takes an insight into Kraak porcelain plates’ motifs and attempts to reveal the generation process and characteristics of their module system on the basis of Ledderose’s theory of module and mass production in Chinese art in four respects: patterns of module and component, combination and visualization of modules, unit structure combination, and modes of new unit generation.
