Abstract: The research status of BCZT in recent years was briefly introduced in this paper. The relationships of BCZT components (Ba/Ca and Zr/Ti ratios), doping ions and sintering methods with the microscopic structure and material properties were discussed. Then the preparation methods for BCZT ceramics with excellent piezoelectric properties were presented.
