Abstract:Fine silicon powder was produced by an iron-alloy smelting plant. containing more than 92% SiO,powder. lt has superfine particle.about 400 nm or so in size.Fine silicon powder has amorphous alassy structure and it will form crystalline at high temperature.Four structure parameters were determined and calculated in this paper.On this basis,we can appropriately use it in practice.
