Abstract:By using VB language, the simulation software based two dimension and three dimension system which can emulate micro-organization of single-phase and multi-phase ceramic material,ceramic matrix composites is developed, it mainly includes three modules: Two dimension simulated system, three dimension simulated system and quantitative analysis module of the microstructure. The pictures of two-dimensional and three-dimensional micro-organizations can be exported; it is easy to observe micro-organization and development in space from any angle. Fractal theory and topology methods are applied for the quantitative analysis of the microstructure, and gets the relation between the simulation time (MCS) and the parameters of the grain number and average volume etc.
