Resesrch on The Automatic Combustion System Control of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Shuttle Kiln

Abstract:  Manual operation of the c∞ombustion air adjustor for the self -inhaler burner makes it inconvenient to control the combustion system automatically, so the self-ihaler bumer is refitted and the PLC is used to achieve automatic control by changing manual adjustment into electric signal adjustment. Results of the experiments with automatic control of the combustion system in the lab and later in the liquefied petroleum gas shuttle kiIn indicate that it is feasible to auto control the temperature of the shutle kin with AI adjustor and the primary amount of∞ombustion air supply with the PLC.
