Abstract:Easy recovery, reusable light catalyst had been a hot research topic in the field of photocatalyst. In this study, the TiO2/ magnetite, a magnetic photocatalyst, was prepared by coating the natural magnetite sur1ace with a layer of Ti02 through precipitation. The structure of the magnetic catalyst was characterized by the means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The photocatalytic degradation rate of the acid red G by the Magnetic catalyst had been up to 99%, and still can reach 93% after five times cycle.
