Abstract: For more than 20 years, Mr.Chen Qingchang has made moving fish as the major motif of his decorative art on porcelain, and developed one school of his own in the ceramic artistic circles. His ceramic masterpieces with the decoration of moving fish, as lucid, delicate, elegant and lively as to be called "a unique artistry of the capital of porcelain ", have been selected many times by the state and the local authorities as precious presents to foreign guests.
