Abstract: Key measures are put forward in the article on the basis of ceramic industrial situation and production. They include the following three aspects, amely, improvement on product quality, renewal of product structure; solving the problem of high energy expenditure; improvement on the quality of raw materials and reduction in their expenditure. To achieve excellent effect in reform of ceramic industrial technology, an effective assuring system must be established from six aspects.
