Abstract: The paper analyses and probes the theretical feasibility of accelerating ionic mobility test, During the period of 1/2- 1/3 of the standard ionic mobility test, informnation can be obtained about the ionic mobility of D. C. insulator , thus shortening the time for developing, researching and testing the products, and improving the reliability of  D. C. insulator.
