Abstract：In this paper the four main geometric sizing chains in diaphragm pumps have been analyzed and the asscmbly sizing chain--piston moving in the cylinder has been calculated with probabilistic method. It is pointed out by the author that probabilistic method is the most effective in calculation of the sizing chain of the multi-form links.
