Abstract:Utilizing the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the paper analyses the static behavior after setting up a finite element model of the diamond roller tool for the ceramic tile calibrating, and observes the stress distribution of the diamond roller tool. The results show that the FEM calculation of the whole stress distribution is more accurate and detailed than a traditional method. The results provide important basis for the design of diamond roller tools and the reduction of noise and vibration.
