Abstract: Through experiments, the anthor finds a new method of discomposing ZrO₂ with reference to the properties of the ultrafine ZrO₂ afer high-tempcrature ignition. In the experiment, the ultraline ZrO₂ , is melted and discomposed in a silver crucible with solide NaOH as a flux. Afler water cxtraction, acid treatment, and slightly heating in sequence, the settled spccimcn solution can be obtained. Then thc precisc Zirconium content can be detcrmined by means of EDTA tritration, This method proves reliable and highly acecssiblc indeed.
