Study the Mcchanism of NDT with Infrarcd Thcrmal Imaging for Ccramic Product

Abstract: As a tool of nondcstruclivc testing (NDT) for ceramic products, the in frared thermal inaging has morc charactcristics than olhers. Bascd on thc hcat conduction theory, the mcchanism of NDT wilh infrarcd thermal imaging has been studied and the mathcm atical modcl of thc transicnt heat conduction has also been dcrived. By comparing the result of compuler simulation using this model with that measurcd by infrarcd thermal imaging, it shows that the mathematical mnodel can bc uscd to study and simulate the dctcctling proccss of ccramic product.
