Abstract: The reaction sintering process and production process of ternary boride base cermet produced by reaction sintering methodwere introduced .The ternary boride base cermets have exhibited good mechanical properties and excellent wear and corrosion resistance. As there' s close relation between the properties and the content of alloying elements, effects of alloying elements must be paid attention to during the designing process of ternary boride base cermet.
