Abstract: The Paper proves thnt the focus of China's modern cernmic arr eclucntion has been switched from the Ceramic Department of the Central In the central institute of Arts and Crafts to Jingclezhen Ceramic institute since 1980s. Meanwhile, it points out that the first ancl second generation、of Chinese ceranic art educntionis agreatly contributed to i'ts development. It also summerizes the four characteristics of the principles of Chinn's ceranic art education, Finally, it puts forward systematic suggestions for the future development of China's ceramic art education
