Abstract: After a thorough analysis and proof of Lii yan's "Dayunshi Poem on Tea" included in "The Poems of the Tang Dynasty" from the histories of drinking tea and Taoism of China, the paper confirms the poem the forgery one of the Song Dynasty from mid 11th century to mid 12th century, refuting the viewpoint that the hare's fur cups of Jian Kiln were used as teacups in Changan in late Tang Dynasty, thus cleaning up an unclear point in the research on the production history of black glaze teacups of Jian Kiln.
