The Effect of Ceramic Powder on Rheology of Injection Molding

Abstract: In this paper relationship between solid volume content and relative viscosity for Ceramic Injection molding is reviewed. The effects of silicon nitride powder with different size systen on rheology of injection molding were studied. According to thd theory of particle packing, continuous particle grading was carried out for reducing the vis­cosity of injection molding.
