Preparation of NZP Ceramic Insulate-Thermal Tube

Abstract: NZP ceramics that has low thermal expansion is a good candidate material in the field of thermal shock resistanCa0.6Mg0.4Zr4(PO4)6(CM), which is a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal shock resistance of composition in NZP family ceramics, are synthesized by coprecipitation method. CM ceramic insulate-thermal tube are successful prepared by the technology of iso-static forming and step-firing-system designed by authors.
