Abstract: This article reviewed a process of making glass - ceramics with slag of kaolin from Fuzhou, Jiangxi. The feature of crystallization and main crystalline phases in the slag glass - ceramics have been studied by DTA, XRD etc. The physical and chemical properties of the slag glass - ceramics have been described, and the application field of the material has been pointed out.
